George (Ray) Bagan, 81, of Kirkwood, NY, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Lourdes Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Josephine Bagan; two sisters, Irene Novobilski and Amy Bagan; and a daughter-in-law, Lucia Bagan. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Barbara Bagan, Kirkwood; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dan Bagan, Long Island, and Eric and Melissa Bagan, York, PA; and a daughter, Pam Fuller, Binghamton; three grandchildren, who called him Jaji, Luciano, Daniela, and Tanner; two sisters, Gene Lupinsky, Johnson City and Dollie Scalzo, Pulaski, NY; many nieces and nephews. Ray was an active member of All Saint's National Church, Johnson City. He was a retired employee of Singer Link and proudly served in the US Air Force. He was an avid collector of baseball cards and coins and loved to play softball and go bowling. The family will receive relatives and friends at Laskowski Funeral Home on Friday, July 13, 2012, from 12-1 p.m., where a Funeral Mass will follow at 1:30 p.m. at All Saint's National Church, 42 Harry L. Dr., Johnson City. Rev. Dennis Ruda will officiate. Interment will be in All Saint's Parish Cemetery. Donations may be made in Ray's name to Lucia's Angels, 10 Oak St., S. Hampton, NY 11968.
